--- Comment #69 from garegin garegin16@gmail.com 2012-03-24 14:46:04 --- the "bug" you mentioned has been a normal feature in cpus for a long time. under regular load the cpu is underclocked from its native frequency. there is also turboboost which does the opposite (overclock under high load).
