Since 21th of October (since 3.6.2) I'm getting that error sometimes at my ThinkPad T420 with an integrated intel i915 graphic - wasn't aware of it before.
It is safe to ignore it ?

If it happens at boot-up and after resume, yes. If it happens more often, watch out for bad side-effects like hangs. -Daniel
