I found some time over the last couple of weekends to write up some preliminary patches that should point you in the right direction; I just need to run them by the IP team to make sure they are ok to release. I'd like to avoid including reverse engineered stuff in the driver as it's a lot harder for us to maintain.

Alex, just reminding you of this bug, did the patch you mentioned passed the review? I'm inly waiting :)
