The new pptable.h atombios headers aren't portable to older gcc versions (gcc2)

pptable.h moved to using: (which isn't portable to gcc2)

#pragma pack(push, 1) . . . #pragma pack(pop)

while atombios.h uses: (which is portable)

#pragma pack(1) . . . #pragma pack()
