Upgraded Kernel, xserver-xorg, Mesa, etc.
The problem disappears with "LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1" and in more older versions of GLideN64 disappears with "MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE=-GL_ARB_buffer_storage"
